Berry Patch Cottage Summer $145 weekends and holidays, and $135 on weeknights*
Winter $135 weekends and holidays, and $125 on weeknights*
The Hideway Summer $135 weekends and holidays, and $125 weeknights*
Winter $125 weekends and holidays, and $115 weeknights*
Rates based on double occupancy and 2 night minimum stay. Single night stays can
often be arranged so please call for availability and rate.
$20/night for each additional guest.
*Plus 10% occupancy tax.
We maintain a pesticide-free, non-smoking environment.
Well-behaved pets are welcome in both accommodations. The charge is $5 per night.
| Specials | A 10% discount is offered for a stay of 4 or 5 days; 15% for 6 or more days. Point Reyes Field Seminar participants get a 10% discount. "Spur of the Moment" discounts of 15% are available for same or next day bookings if we have an opening. |
| Payment | Payment is by check at time of booking. Your credit card will hold the reservation for 6 days. When your check arrives, we will email you confirmation and directions. |
| Cancellations | Please give 10 or more days notice for a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel in fewer than 10 days, we will refund (less $20 fee) only those nights we can re-book. |
